By accessing or using our application, grainsage, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our service.
2. Account Deletion and Data Deletion
2.1 Account Deletion and Consequences
When you delete your account, you will lose access to all features associated with it, including any data stored within. This data, such as files, images, and documents, cannot be recovered once your account is deleted. You can typically delete your account through the account settings page. Please be aware that this action is permanent.
2.2 Data Deletion Requests
You can request the deletion of specific data you've stored within your account. To do so, please contact our customer support team with a detailed description of the data you wish to have deleted. We will review your request; however, we may not be able to fulfill all requests if the data is required for the App's operation or if we have legal or regulatory obligations to retain it. We will respond to your request as promptly as possible.
3. User Conduct
You agree to use the App, grainsage, only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the App.
4. Intellectual Property
The App, grainssage, and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Cresco Agritech Solutions Ltd. and its licensors.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App, grainsage, is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cresco Agritech Solutions Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, and the laws of the United States.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 10 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
